Babar Azam’s Light-Hearted Remark During Training Session Goes Viral
A video of former captain of the national cricket team, Babar Azam, addressing Saud Shakeel as “Chhota Dan” (Little Dan) during a training session has quickly gone viral on social media.
During the ongoing training session for the Australia tour in Rawalpindi, 18 squad members, including Babar Azam, are present. However, opener Imam-ul-Haq and all-rounder Fakhar Zaman are not part of the camp as they will join the team before departure due to wedding preparations.
In the viral video, Babar Azam can be seen participating in fielding drills with fellow players. During a catching exercise, Babar playfully addresses Saud Shakeel as “Chhota Dan” (Little Dan), creating a light-hearted moment.
On the other hand, three more batters have been added to the training session for the Australia tour. After today’s practice session, Babar Azam, Sarfaraz Ahmed, and Osman Qadir have been granted permission to attend opener Imam-ul-Haq’s wedding. However, all three players will be present for practice in the overall camp.
