May 9 Incident: Imran Khan refuses to answer the questions of the Attock police team

Islamabad: The Chairman of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has refused to answer questions from the jail police team investigating the May 9 incidents in Attock.

According to Express News, a police team from Attock Jail arrived to investigate cases related to the May 9 incidents in Hassan Abdal. The Chairman of PTI declined to answer any questions from the police team.

Imran Khan insisted on consulting with lawyers for answers or having them present during questioning. On the other hand, the police team conducted an initial investigation with former Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi. The Vice Chairman of PTI provided answers to the police team’s questions, after which the team left.

The police teams from Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Kasur, and Faisalabad have already conducted investigations in jail regarding the May 9 incidents related to the PTI Chairman.
