Peshawar: Three tourists lost their lives when a van carrying visitors fell into a gorge in the Kalam Valley of Swat.
According to the police, the accident occurred at a location in Peshmal, Kalam, resulting in 20 individuals being injured in the tourist van. Local residents and the police engaged in rescue operations, transferring the injured to the Kalam Hospital. Among the injured, the condition of seven is reported to be critical.
Authorities state that the tourists were from Punjab and had come for sightseeing but met with the accident on their way back. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister has expressed sorrow over the loss of precious lives in the incident.
