Islamabad High Court has preserved its decision on the request for a delay in the Toor Shah Faujdari case filed by the founder and chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).

During the hearing of the case related to Toor Shah Faujdari’s proceedings, the High Court conducted a complete hearing on the PTI founder’s request to postpone the decision.

Election Commission’s lawyer, Advocate Amjad Parvez, objected to the filing of this request for relief in the Lahore High Court, stating that this request is not admissible in this court. He mentioned that the appeal and suspension of the sentence were filed on August 8, and the decision on the suspension was made on August 28. A diverse request for the suspension decision was filed on October 5, one month and seven days after the decision.

The Islamabad High Court has preserved its decision on the founder and chairman of PTI’s request for a delay in the Toor Shah Faujdari case.
