Gaza: Israel has begun using the temporary ceasefire to prepare for the next stage of the conflict, according to an Israeli military spokesperson.
Daniel Haggai, the spokesperson for the Israeli Defense Forces, stated in a media briefing that during the 4-day temporary ceasefire with Hamas, the Israeli military is preparing itself for the next phase of the conflict.
A member of the Israeli cabinet has also made a statement after the pause, indicating a continued military engagement with Hamas. Following the attacks on October 7th, Hamas has demonstrated sustained and unprecedented resistance against the U.S.-backed Israeli forces.
