Rawalpindi: Chairperson of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), Alima Khan, has stated that Imran Khan has once again claimed that Donald Leu and Bajwa conspired to overthrow his government. She called it a conspiracy against the country, and Imran Khan has said that a case of the death penalty has been fabricated against him, indicating an intention to impose a death sentence.
Speaking to journalists outside Adiala Jail, she said that former Prime Minister Imran Khan has reiterated that Donald Leu and Bajwa conspired together to overthrow his government, calling it a conspiracy against the country. She mentioned that he claims to have informed the people that there was a conspiracy against the country, leading to economic devastation within a year, affecting the common people.
Alima Khan said that the current inflation is due to this, and 1.5 million youth have left the country. After forming a new government, the Chairman of PTI was imprisoned and a case of the death penalty was fabricated, with the current objective being to impose the death penalty on him.
She stated that in a meeting in America, a decision was made that whoever brings a vote of no confidence will be made successful. If the demands of justice are not fulfilled here, a case will be filed against Donald Leu in America. She said, “This is not a court; it is a kangaroo court.”
Alima Khan further revealed that the Chairman of PTI said that NAB officials come for a £190 million scandal investigation and sit idle. Even today, when he went to jail, he was in some foreign jail, but he did not come to meet the Chairman of PTI.
