NAB Conducts 13-Hour Extensive Probe into Imran Khan’s £190 Million Case

Rawalpindi: The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) team has undertaken a prolonged 13-hour investigation into the £190 million case involving Imran Khan at Adiala Jail.

According to details, the NAB team, in connection with various cases including those against Imran Khan, carried out a continuous 13-hour search at Adiala Jail. Express News reports that various NAB officers spent the entire day arriving at intervals for the investigation, with NAB’s Assistant Director Mohsin Ali Khan reaching Adiala Jail on Sunday morning at nine o’clock.

Afterward, at precisely 11:30 AM, Deputy Director Mian Omar Nadeem and Assistant Director Muhammad Waqas arrived at the jail and participated in the investigation. Then, at 4:30 PM, another Assistant Director of NAB, Azhar Ahmed, reached the Central Jail Adiala and joined forces with the investigative team.

Following these events, at 9 PM, NAB’s Assistant Director Abdul Rahman Tayyab arrived at the Central Jail Adiala and joined the investigative team. Later in the evening, during the shift change, Assistant Director Wazir Ahmed returned from jail.

The NAB team spent nearly 12 hours intermittently questioning PTI Chairman Imran Khan about the £190 million and Al-Qadir Trust cases. After completing the investigation, the NAB team left the jail around 11:00 PM, including Deputy Director Mian Omar Nadeem and Assistant Director Muhammad Waqas.

It should be noted that the hearing for the Al-Qadir Trust case is scheduled to take place at Adiala Jail on Monday, where NAB is required to submit a progress report.
